Today sees the release of the Xbox 360 version of Respawn’s critically acclaimed shooter. Even now, we’re working on preparing an update to that review to reflect our experience with the 360 version. In the meantime, Daniel Tack, Andrew Reiner, and I sat down to play a couple of matches of the new version.
Our brief first look at the game showed that Titanfall's gameplay mechanics hold up solidly on 360, though the frame rate, texture, and lighting all take a notable hit -- as you'd expect.
